What it is, and what it isn't

We do not provide the AI. Conceive and Believe is a system of record plus a set of coaching steps for the thirteen practical prescriptions in Napoleon Hill's 1937 text: the written statements, nightly readings, logs, plans and check-ins he tells the reader to carry out. It remembers what you wrote, knows what is due today, and hands your assistant short instructions for the next step.

Your own assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, or any other MCP client) does the coaching, in its own voice, the way you ask it to. Your assistant's provider handles your conversation under its own terms; we only store the records it saves here on your behalf.

The thirteen practices

  1. Form a Study ClubA small group that meets weekly to work through the text together.
  2. The Six StepsFix the exact aim, the price, the date and the plan; write it and read it twice a day.
  3. The Self-Confidence FormulaFive written resolutions, repeated and acted on daily.
  4. The Auto-Suggestion RoutineRead your statement aloud night and morning, with feeling.
  5. The Master Mind AllianceGather allies around a definite purpose and meet twice weekly.
  6. The Written BriefA carefully prepared written case for the position you seek.
  7. Seven Steps to the Exact PositionDecide the job, the employer and the offer; then go after it.
  8. The Annual Self-InventoryA yearly set of honest questions about the past twelve months.
  9. Four Steps to PersistenceA weekly check on purpose, plan, closed mind and allies.
  10. Sitting for IdeasQuiet, recorded sessions for working a problem through.
  11. The Invisible CounselorsA nightly imagined council of people whose qualities you want.
  12. Six Decisions Against FearWritten decisions against each of the six basic fears; revisited.
  13. A Shield Against Negative InfluencesA daily habit and a weekly log of what pulled you down.

Doing them all runs to many hours a week. The coaching steps start you on one or two and never ask you to begin everything at once.
