Terms of Use

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms cover your use of Conceive and Believe (“the service”), an MCP server run by Wayne Nilsen. By creating an account or connecting the service to an assistant, you agree to them. The Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled.

What the service is

The service stores your records and supplies coaching steps for practices described in Napoleon Hill's 1937 text. It does not include an AI. The assistant you connect (for example ChatGPT or Claude) is a separate product from a separate company. You choose it, you are responsible for how you use it, and its output is not ours.

Not professional advice

Nothing in the service is medical, mental-health, therapy, financial, investment, legal or career advice. The practices are self-help exercises. If you are in crisis or need professional help, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

Your account

• You must be at least 18.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You own what you write. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• break the law or use the service to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• store other people's sensitive personal data, payment details, government IDs or health records;
• try to access other accounts, probe or overload the service, or get around its limits;
• resell the service or use it to build a competing data set.

Ending things

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing waynenilsen@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may change or shut down the service; if we shut it down we will give account holders reasonable notice to request an export where we can.

As is; limits on liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or US$50. The service is currently free.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and for material changes we will email account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

The service is an independent project based on Napoleon Hill's 1937 text. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Napoleon Hill Foundation.
